Cancellations
Your appointments are very important. They are reserved especially for you. We do understand that life happens and sometimes adjustments are needed. With that in mind, I respectfully request a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel an appointment without giving 24-hour notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that time slot with guests on my waiting list. And guests on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. With enough notice, there is a good chance I will be able to fill your appointment time. If 24-hour notice is not given, you will be charged 100% of your service.
NO Shows
If you no show an appointment, you will be responsible for 100% of your appointment charges.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate the appointments following yours. Depending on timing, there may not be enough time for you to receive your service and you will be responsible for 100% of the service fees.
